Processing Dialog
From "A/R Main menu" in the “Finance Menu”, locate either the option to "Work With Storer" or "Work With Customer". Below is an example of the Work With Storer panel:
Next, place option "A/R Aging Inq" beside the applicable storer or customer to inquire and press <Enter>. This following panel will appear:
The top of the panel contains the Aging Date (today's date) and the customer information. The middle portion contains a breakdown of the charges by invoice date and the lower portion displays invoice amounts grouped by time periods, calculated from the Invoice Date and the Aging Date.
An expanded look that will show reference numbers, invoice descriptions and original invoice amount may be obtained by pressing the "Expand/Shrink" key.
To explore the details of an individual invoice, place "Inquiry" beside the appropriate invoice and press <Enter>. The Receivables Transactions Inquiry panel appears.
Details about Payment and Check Numbers are now available. The screen details the breakdown of the Payment, including any Unpaid Balance. Press "Cancel" to exit.
