Processing Dialog

From many different menus (Customer Service, Outbound Processing, RF, etc.), choose the “Work with Orders” option. In the “Work with Outbound Orders” screen, enter the BOL or Reference number you are looking for at the top and press <ENTER>. To input order comments to view the type of label, choose the “Order Comments” option.

Below are the codes to use for each type of label:

  • C00# - Case Labels
  • L00# - Pallet Labels

After inputting the comments, press <ENTER> and you will be redirected back to the “Work with Outbound Orders” screen. Then choose the “UCC128 Config” option (Option 64) to configure the order based on case pick instructions on order. If needed, you can press <F6> to break up lines as needed.

Press <ENTER> twice and you will get to the “Work with Suggested Configuration” screen. In this screen, you change the Serial Number and ID number as well. You can leave it as is if you do not have a Serial Number for the UCC label.

After making your changes, press <ENTER>. You will be redirected back to the “Work with Outbound Orders” screen and from there take the “UCC128 Print” option (Option 66) to print the UCC label and press <ENTER>. A pop-up may prompt you with where you want to print the UCC label. Otherwise, the page will refresh and the process will be completed.
