Maintain Storer Attributes

  • If you are adding a new value, you will be prompted for the Number Type that you wish to add.
  • For perpetual inventory to work correctly, two number types must be set up. PERPINVCUT represents the cutoff point to indicate when a count must be taken.
  • PERPINVLVL can be set to *LOT to track when a lot gets below the cut off or *LOC to track when a location is too low or *LP when an LP is too low.
  • An Optional Type is MAXCCTRY. This tells the system how many tries the operator must match the quantity that the system is showing. After all tries are exhausted, a supervisor must check the count and verify that it is over or short and then unlock the operator by entering the supervisor’s User Profile and Password.
    • When a "Lockout" occurs, an email is sent to anyone set up for that storer with a contact type of INVCTL.
    • Key the value you wish to record for this attribute of the item.
    • When you press the <Enter> key you will record the value and return to the appropriate "Work With Attributes" panel.
